Practice Scheduler
The successful applicant will have strong time management skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities and the ability to work closely with providers and staff in a high volume, fast paced private practice. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet customers at check in and check out.
Manage incoming telephone lines.
Schedule patient visits for multiple providers.
Update and maintain correct patient data, insurance information and collect co-pays or outstanding balances.
Schedule, maintain and update current information on physician/provider schedules ensuring that patients are scheduled properly and appointments are confirmed.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Two year prior medical office experience and medical terminology are required. Must be proficient in computer applications.

Scrub Tech
Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery, a private plastic surgery practice, is seeking a full time Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. Along with handling instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during surgical procedures, this position will also provide medical assistance to support our physicians during in-office patient visits.
Requirements
Graduate of accredited scrub tech program
Surgical Technologist Certification
Minimum 2 years experience as Surgical Technologist
Current BLS certification.
Our surgery center offers NO On-Call, NO weekends and NO Holidays.
Operating Room Registered Nurse (Per Diem)
Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call.
Required Skills
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of Maine. Must be BLS and ACLS certified. Experience working as a circulator or recovery nurse required.
