We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Patient Services Coordinator to join our medical office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple administrative tasks in a busy healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
•Greet patients and check them in and out for appointments
•Schedule and confirm patient visits
•Collect copays and payments; accurately post transactions
•Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
•Scan, organize, and maintain patient records and documents
•Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
•Order and track office and medical supplies
•Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
•Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications
•Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office required
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Comfortable handling payments and basic billing tasks
•Proficient with computers, scanners, and office software
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
•Friendly, professional demeanor with patients and staff

Operating Room Registered Nurse (Per Diem)

Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call.

Required Skills
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current unrestricted license to practice in the State of Maine. Must be BLS and ACLS certified. Experience working as a circulator or recovery nurse required.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and perform patient intake process
· Maintain and update patient medical records in the EMR
· Pre-plan patient visit with all necessary testing and referrals prior to the visit
· Coordinate with testing labs
· Prepare and stock treatment rooms with proper instruments and supplies
· Assist Provider during exam and in office procedures
· Take patient calls/answers patient questions
· Receive and process prescription requests

The ideal candidate will have:
•Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR received certification from a nationally recognized program:
•American Association of Medical Assisting (AAMA)
•National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
•National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
•BLS (required within 6 months)
•3 years or more experience
•Proficient computer skills
•Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures
•Ability to work independently, effective time management and problem solving skills
•Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Strong oral and written communication skills
