Appointments & Consultations
For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits to Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery are by appointment only. A credit card is required to hold your consultation time if you are a new cosmetic patient. When you book your appointment we collect a $50 fee to hold your appointment, we also collect $50 fee when you come in for your visit. That $100 consultation fee is applied towards your surgery.
To schedule an appointment, please call 207-947-5657 or email us at INQUIRIES@BangorPlastic.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in any way possible, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please be sure to let us know the best way to reach you. Your appointment time has been carefully defined to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs. For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes. Any patient who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be rescheduled at a later date.
Patients who have not been seen in the practice for 3 years or more will be treated as a new consultation. All demographic and insurance information will need to be updated.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. If you fail to let us know within 1 business day, your credit card will be charged.
Parent / Child office Policy
It is the policy of Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery to allow patients to be accompanied by children. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by someone over 18 years of age.
The purpose of the policy is to create a supportive, caring, and healthy environment for all patients while promoting optimal patient care.
Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery is a smoke free facility. Please adhere to this policy when visiting our campus.
Your choice for aesthetic surgery is an experience, one that doesn’t end when your recovery has ended and your results are achieved. Recommended follow-up visits at Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery will be defined when you schedule your procedure. In addition, you are encouraged to contact us at any time during your recovery or in the months and years that follow. At Bangor Plastic and Hand Surgery we want you to consider us your aesthetic resource for life.
